Reviews not displayed on Home Page

If I preview the page – the reviews are there, but on the live site – they’re not displayed

Just a little note, sometimes on first page load the reviews are displayed, but if the page is refreshed they disappear again.

I’ve also tested this with all cache tools disabled/removed to ensure it’s not a caching plugin issue

The area circled below should display the Trustindex reviews – but as you can see, there’s nothing there ??

Sometimes it will appear (usually on first page load) – but if you return to the page/refresh it’s no longer visible.

I’ve ensured it’s not a cache problem by removing any cache plugins – the issue still is there.

Hi, I’ve disabled ALL the plugins and the problem is still there.

The only way I can prevent the issue is to remove the ‘Elementor’ wordpress designer tool plugin.

To remind, if any change is made to a page or a plugin removed – the widget is displayed on page refresh, but only once – if you refresh again the carousel of reviews is no longer available.

Hi, I’ve found a resolve for this problem – the issue is caused by the type of block used with the widget code in Elementor.

Although it worked previously, it stopped working recently and would only show intermittently – but changing the block type to specifically HTML – the widget now displays without issue
