Reviews not being submitted to site

    I have created a ‘congratulations’ page for all the students who finish the course requesting them to write a review. a couple of please have told me they wrote a review but it is not showing up on the site or the back end. Also i am not receiving notifications when someone send a review it is all set upo according to the instructions and it doesnt seem to be working at all. any ideas why the reviews are not showing up on my end or on the website?

    it is not showing up on the site or the back end
    so the reviews are not posted/available on your site. Can you share the review form URL and some screenshots of this?

    here is the page where i have embeded the review form.

    Review permission is set to ‘reviewers must be verified owners’ as i want only people who actually purchase the course to be able to leave a review.

    Any idea why the reviews are not appearing on the website or on the backened neither sending me notifications?

    Hi,

    Please try to deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce and switch to a WordPress theme. Then submit a new review from the page and see if the review is available in the admin area.
