    Hi Shirkey,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    They may claim copyright on their reviews so they may not provide a CSV and we can’t offer an easy import method.

    And we only have a universal Direct import method to get reviews from any source, we provide that method for various uses of the review import job.

    In the article you may download the sample CSV file, then you can manually copy the review content and paste them into the file.

    Thanks a lot, so I’ve imported my csv file but nothing happened. I missed something ?

    Please, could you answer me, I upload my external review via a csv file in the “From Customers Directly” section, I’ve got success message and then nothing happened. Why ?
