Reviews don't have any place to put ratings

For your test product, on its Product page, Product data section, Advanced tab, is “Enable Reviews” checked?

Yes, that is enabled.

What theme are you using? Can you post a link to a relevant product?

I’ve activated Responsive 1.9.7.5 in my dev site and it looks like this. (the captcha is coming from one of my plugins) So not at all like you have shown in your screenshot in the top post.

Can you temporarily switch to the parent theme. If the problem resolves, then there is an issue with your child theme.

If the problem is still there, deactivate your other plugins except WooCommerce. If the problem resolves, it is being caused by a plugin. Reactive the plugins one by one to try to identify which one is causing the problem.

If you are left with only WP, Responsive and WC, then we must be back to looking at settings.

Found the culprit: Jetpack. Specifically the Jetpack Comments module. With that turned off the ratings work great.
