It seems, couple of folks having similar issues after updating. Try switching the default theme and see if that helps.

As a troubleshooting and isolation step, can you try to switch your theme to Storefront as recommended by @nazreenexe to see if it works fine?

If you change your theme to Storefront you won’t be using Elementor.

For further testing, I would recommend creating a staging site with WP Staging if you don’t have one.

Then, on the staging site:

• set your theme to Storefront
• disable all plugins except for WooCommerce

If the issue persists on the staging site, please share its System status report. You can find it in WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support and then paste it here.

I was referring to the system report for the staging site – a neutral setting is needed to properly troubleshoot this issue, that’s why it’s recommended to change the theme to Storefront, disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and keep the staging site like that while the issue is investigated.

Please send us the system report for the staging site and a full page screenshot of how the issue manifests itself in your staging site, so we can try and reproduce it locally.

Thanks for sending over those screenshots.

WooCommerce displays reviews count next to star ratings on the single product page. But on the shop page and archive pages, it displays only star ratings.

That does not sound like an issue with WooCommerce, but with your theme. The theme is responsible for how things are shown and how elements are placed on your site. That’s why I suggested the staging site earlier – it will help pinpoint the origin of the issue.
