    Hi,

    I stumbled on another issue thats been around for a while, at least for me. Its not that big deal but its a bit annoying and confusing for customer.

    Issue is with review count on the bottom of product page. The review count does not match for some of the products. It shows less reviews than there are.

    Are there any solutions for that to recount the reviews and “sync” the values?

    Could you temporarily deactivate our plugin and share a screenshot of reviews count on the same product?

    After deactivating the plugin title still says that theirs 2 reviews but displays 7.

    Thanks for sharing the screenshot.

    So, it looks like the same issue is present without our plugin. In this case, it must be caused by something else.

    Could you try to disapprove one of the reviews for this product, then approve it again, and check if it will update the count?

    Did not help in my case. Not even sure because it shows different count as well its different per language on same products. Added extra review to see if the count increases. Inside the plugin it works but woocommerce default count stays same.

    I thought you deactivated our plugin and still had the same issue?

    Please try to submit a new review from a product page and see if it resets the reviews count. If it doesn’t help, you might need to reach to out to the WPML support for further troubleshooting.

    I did, then reactivated and tried to add new review to reset the review count. I searched around and this seems to be quite common issue. For many this solution have worked to reset review count, for me it did not.
    Maybe I should try to add review without customer review plugin and see if that resets it.
