Reviews are duplicating when customers leave them

    Sorry – what does that mean?

    I know to remove the duplicated reviews, I need to know how to prevent them.

    I am unable to create this case from my side and not found the issue using developer tools.

    I replied via that form, and included information from this thread. I haven’t heard anything back. Today, a new review came in and was repeated 4 times.

    Do we have any clues yet? Customer is getting frustrated.

    @hiren1612 — still waiting on a reply. Checked this morning and showing 10 reviews pending when it’s really only 5. 1 repeated 4 times, and 2 repeated twice.

    Did you see the message I sent via your contact form (as requested)?

    @cenay, are you still experiencing this issue? I have not seen or heard of this particular problem with the latest version 1.9.3. Please confirm and I will look further into it.
