Reviews and Product Description Disappears

  • The Description tab is populated, until you click off it (maybe hit the additional info tab) and then when you click back the description has gone, vanished! Also, the review tab doesn’t allow you to add a review – no options seem to load, despite the fact i have enabled reviews in discussion and on the product pages?

  • Did you get this working? The description tab works for me along with clicking on Additional Info/Reviews as it just jumps to that section on the page. If I scroll up and click on Description again it jumps down to that section although the “Description” title is hidden under the floating top menu.

    I also left a test review on that page and it says it is currently in moderation.

    Thanks for coming back so quickly. No. Still not working for me. Are you on a mobile/desktop? Browser?

    Have tried clearing cache etc, still no joy.

    I did tweak Jetpack, wondering if that is relevant? But I am now having speed issues as a result!!

    I have deactivated Jetpack and it seems to be working.
