Are you using WordPress at all? There is no “wiki” in WordPress core.

Actually, I am accessing the Web site: “https://wiki.9-1-1labs.com/”. After, I logged in to this Site, I get a WordPress menu on the menu bar with all the Word press option.

On this same site, I am updating the pages, where I need the reviewing option.

Can you elaborate on what ‘review comments’ means?

Do you mean ‘Review and approve before they’re published’ or just look at all the pretty comments?

It’s similar to how we insert comment for any text in Word.
