• We are getting this error message, and can’t access any of the Mailpoet sub menu items, including the settings page. The sender domain has been verified, all themes, plugins and WP are at the latest versions and running PHP 7.4.

    MailPoet is reviewing your subscription. You can use all MailPoet features and send email samples to your authorized email addresses, but sending to your email list contacts is temporarily paused until we review your subscription. If you have not heard from us within 48 hours, please check your MailPoet account email inbox and spam folders for follow-ups with the subject “Your MailPoet Subscription Review” and reply, or contact us.

    I see that your subscription is in Pending Approval status. You can read more about our review process here.

    Please contact us via https://www.mailpoet.com/support/sales-pre-sales-questions/ and mention that your subscriptions is still pending review. We’ll be happy to proceed with the approval process there.

    Hi Gui. That is what’s so strange. This account has been approved already and rather a long time ago (years) and used, but now we can’t access any of the menu items under the Mailpoet button in WordPress. We only get that message.
