Reviewer updated their review, not updated by widget

    The reviewer named ‘F Y’ updated their review by adding some text.

    Previously they submitted a 5 star rating without adding text to their review.

    The widget still shows the review before it was updated ie. no text.

    How do I update the review in the widget, so the widget in the web page displays the updated review which now has text?

    Hi @paulcooper !

    With the free Google plugin you get the chance to display the last 10 reviews and update them only every 14 days.

    Hello @paulcooper ,

    Also a comment: “updating old reviews” are paid-package features. So after 14 days, you can download new reviews, but the system will not update the old ones.
