Reviewed Status – Make usable

Hi,

We are using Classified Listing – Classified ads & Business Directory Plugin – Version 3.0.12

We found one status – Reviewed for which we could not locate any documentation

We tested this for a use case that appeared useful as below:
? Customer creates a new listing (we use Pending status for this) OR edits an existing listing (we use Pending status for this)
? It comes to Admin for moderation
? Admin finds some issue with the listing and needs some action from the customer
? Admin sends an email using Notification by Moderator
? We thought of using this Reviewed Status for such cases so that Admin knows this is for some action by the customer
? This status seemed useful as the Listing with Reviewed status is not published on the website as well.

However, we realized some issues with using this Reviewed status which makes it not really usable for now. Please see our suggestions below:

Point 1
? The status Reviewed is confusing to the customer. They will not realize that they need to do something with this.
? Please rename this Reviewed everywhere to On Hold – which will be understood by all.

Point 2
? The color of this status in My Account is the same as Published – this adds to the confusion as mentioned above.
? Please change the color with shades of Orange e.g. background-color: #FFD580; and color: #ff8c00;
? This will align with green for Published, orange for On Hold and red for Expired status, etc

Point 2.1
    ○ On a similar note, please change the green for Draft status - This is again confusing as you have given the same color as Published. 
    ○ Please keep this the same as Pending OR apply other color which is not duplicated.

Point 3
? Please provide some small text box where Admin can mention the reason / action item for putting this listing On Hold.
? The customer should be shown these remarks only for On Hold listings in My Account.
? Admin would also use these remarks in the email using Notification by Moderator but let that be left to the Admin to decide.

Point 4
? Please make all this mobile responsive and seen in mobile view in My Account.
? Currently they see ONLY age (x days ago), category name, count of views after which they need to expand the listing for more information.
? Please add color coded status here as well. You can skip the label ‘Status’ here to save space.
? This will save an extra click for them to check the status for each listing.

Implementing all the above would make this Reviewed status really useful else in its current state it is a waste.
