ReviewCount shows wrong number

  • Admin panel shows total of 460 reviews, wp_posts in the MySQL environment also counts 460 entries for wpcr3_review. However, if I add it to my page, next to the “average stars”, it shows 1723 reviews for some reason. While this might look nice, it’s basically cheating your customers.

    Is there a possibility to correct this number, or where to look for the culprit? Any tips on how to solve it?

    Using latest version (3.0.5) on latest WP.

    I’d try going to Reviews > Plugin Settings > Tools and run re-import tool. If you still have the issue, try the remove duplicates tool.
