• Hello!

We think that the review is definitely aimed at another plugin, because none of the points described in it apply to us.

It would be great if you could take a look at it.

    Thank you!

Why isn’t it applicable to your plugin?

Hi Andrew, thank you for getting in touch ??

didnt work out of the box need all kind of coding and developer api’s and other modifications to work for a simple wordpress site.

There is no coding in WordPress, of developer api’s, or modifications required at all to use our plugin. But this applies to another plugin, which I am convinced that the user has confused us with it.

The number 1 result at the time of this writing is 5 months old requesting help with same issue. Instead of developer fixing this issue he offers the customer the advice of go download a file transfer protocol software and go to wordpress/plugins and delete it manually yourself.

Also here we could reproduce that this comment refers to the above mentioned plugin.
The steps mentioned by the user do not apply to us either, but to this plugin.
The 5-month old case, to which the user referred at this time, is neither at Google, nor here at WordPress in connection with us, but also with this plugin. With us there was never a case and also no comparable cases with which such a file must be downloaded, in order to delete our Plugin. A click on Delete is sufficient.

Thank you again for looking into this, Andrew ??

The user is allowed to be wrong about their assumptions of the plugin, so we can’t remove a review based on incorrect assumptions.

You need to show us clearly which plugin this user is referring to, or else how can we know they were referring to another plugin as opposed to making incorrect assumptions?

I’ve removed the modlook tag from that review. It’s not the most stellar review but it’s user feedback.
