On chrome, the review widget looks normal. It’s in its own tab and the star rating shows stars. On all other browsers though, it is not under the review tab, it’s directly under the long description and it shows a dropdown with text options for the review instead of stars. How do I fix this?

  • Hey there, @scandidesignco! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

I checked your website on Edge and Safari (as well as Chrome to compare) and the review tab showed the same.

The strange thing that happened was that on all of them (including Chrome) it showed like this while the banner to accept the cookies was sowing. Then when I accepted the cookies it showed like this on all three browsers.

Can you please confirm if this is what is going on on your end? You can use a private window to see the banner again on the browser in case you already accepted the cookies.

If it is, are you using a specific plugin to add the cookies banner?

Can you please share the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support, so we can take a look?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
