    Hi

    The reviews are not showing up on the front end of the website, while on the backend the plugin pulls the reviews successfully and I am able to configure it as needed.

    Upon pasting the shortcode, instead of reviews I get the following error message on the front end.

    “Widget not found! Probably it is already deleted or there is typo in its ID. We suggest that you log in to the?Trustindex system?and follow the widget configuration instructions. Or, if you don’t have an account, create one for free at?https://www.trustindex.io

    I am on v12.4.2

    Reinstalled 12.3 and reviews are back.

    Hi there, updating to v12.4.3 doesn’t fix the issue on my website.
    So I reinstalled 12.3 once again.

    It’s possible that the cache plugin is preventing you from seeing the fix. Could you please try reinstalling the latest plugin version and clearing the cache in your cache plugin?

    If the problem persists, kindly send us the link where you’re seeing the error message so we can take a closer look.

    I cleared cache and even deactivated caching plugin with no success.
    My client is not amused not to see the reviews on the website. So I instantly went back to 12.3.
    There is no error message; reviews are missing and replaced by text: “null” (“zero” in english).
