    Are you assigning reviews to both a page and a category, or assigning to multiple categories? There is a known issue where summary counts will break if you are doing so.

    Please make sure you are either using the category OR the assign_to/assigned_to option, but not both. This will be fixed in v3.6.0

    Next, please go to the plugin tools page and recalculate the counts there.

    Paul, recalculating the rating counts has resolved the issue.
