Review this before posting…

We’d love to help you resolve any issues you run into using our plugin as quickly as possible. Here’s a few steps you can take to help speed this process along.
- Check that you’ve updated to the most current version of the plugin.
- Review your individual GCal feed settings (and widget settings if used).
- Make sure your calendar ID is in the correct format.
- Make sure your calendar is set to public.
- Manually clear feed feed caches using links found in the settings.
- Test for theme and plugin conflicts.
- Review our documentation including the general questions.
Does your issue still exist? Feel free to submit a post in these forums, but please include the following:
- Details, details. The more the better.
- Share your calendar ID and the public link for it.
- Is your issue happening using a shortcode, widget or both?
- Did your issue happen upon a fresh install of the plugin or an upgrade from a previous version (and which one)?
- Take a screenshot of your feed and/or widget settings and link to it using a screen sharing service like Dropbox, Cloudup, or Jing/Screencast.
- Paste in the shortcode and event builder content you’re using.
- It’s extremely helpful if you can put up a test page (or multiple pages) and link the issue you’re having so we can take a look.
- Let us know if you’ve already tested for theme and plugin conflicts.
- Please don’t respond to a resolved topic. We’ll miss it. Start a new post or respond in an existing unresolved topic.
Thanks!
