    Hi all,
    Checked forum for my problem but didn’t found correct solution.
    Now will try to describe the problem. I decided to activate review tab after making my site so enabled review settings through
    1)Woocommerce>>Procts section https://prnt.sc/r77ad6
    2)As I know, now I have to make change/enable review in already loaded products through quick edit https://prnt.sc/r77tiq but I didn’t see any option to enable reviews there https://prnt.sc/r77try.
    3) Using Astra theme & not made any changes at original theme files. Using custom css & snippets plugins & checked there is nothing which can remove this option.
    At front end off course now see empty rating stars in category https://prnt.sc/r77vg3 but under product can’t see any review tab as its not enabled at back end through quick edit https://prnt.sc/r77wor

    It’s surprising that there isn’t an option for reviews under the quick edit menu. Let’s check this. Edit a product and click on the “advanced” tab in the product data box. See if there is a checkbox here to enable reviews.

    See if that lets you enable reviews on your products now. Let me know how that goes.

    Thanks dear for ur response but this option was also known to me. I had checked it but there’s also no option https://prnt.sc/r7iod9.

    In that case, it could be that something has removed this option. You can use the Health Check and Troubleshooting plugin to help find out what caused this.

    It has a troubleshooting mode that lets administrator users disable all plugins and switch to one of the default themes. But only administrators see this. Regular users see things as they always are with everything active.

    Use that and check and see if the review options are available with only WooCommerce and the Twenty Twenty theme active. If they are, then start turning items back on, one by one, testing as you go. When it stops working, the last item activated is likely the source of the trouble.

    Let me know what you find out and we’ll go from there.

    With health plugin came to know that it was due to settings in plugin Clearfy https://prnt.sc/r7r2d8 just changed it & it works fine. Just one more thing why its not able to import the csv file which was exported from woocommerce itself, shows access denied due to security reason?

    That’s a great question. It comes from the security settings in WordPress 5.0+. Sometimes an additional plugin is needed to change these settings called Disable Real MIME Check.

    It’s an older plugin, but still works for most users who encounter this issue.
