Thank you for shairng the screenshot.

Please go to WooCommerece - Loco Translate - Plugins - woocommerce. You can select your site’s language here or create a new language.

In my case, I selected English (UK), then searched for Reviews.

These forums are more focused towards general support with the core functionality of WooCommerce itself. What you want to achieve is more related to development and custom coding, so your best bet is to ask on either the WooCommerce Advanced Facebook group or the WooCommerce Developer Slack Channel.

That said, we have this support page on editing product data tabs that can be a good starting point for what you want to achieve.
