• Hello,

    The review tab is not working properly on the new products that I added.
    Specifically on the knitted winter hats and also the ear warmers, but the review tab works just fine on the chainmail items.

    I’ve tried to remove the tab and then re-add it but its still not working properly.

    Hello Cory,

    Do you have 1 tabs set configured for all products or you have different tabs for different products/categories?

    Hello Dmytro,

    I have different tabs set by Product/categories.
    The review tab works for my anklets, bracelets, collars and necklace products,
    But not for the hats and ear warmers
    I am using berocket for woocommerce for the tabs.

    Now its saying that my comments are closed.
    The comments were all active and showing the comments that were approved.

    How do I make them visible?

    Hello,

    I’ve gone to Dash Board – WooCommerce – settings – products – Enabled product reviews – checked.
    All reviews have been approved as well.
    Under settings – Default post settings – Allow people to submit comments on new posts – check box enabled
    Other comment settings – Comment author must fill out name and email – checked
    Automatically close comments on posts older than – unchecked

    Hello,

    Reviews is default WooCommerce tab, first of all check is it work when Product Tabs Manager plugin disabled, to understand is it some issue with plugin or with reviews tab.

    Hello,

    I turned off WooCommerce Product Tab Manager, and the comments showed up, and when I turned the plugin back on the reviews tab said comments are closed.

    Hello,

    How do I fix this? As I have additional tabs that I’m using, and if I turn off the WooCommerce Product Tab Manager I lose those tabs.
