    Thanks for trying my plugin!

    It looks really strange. For some reason, WooCommerce makes a mistake in calculation of average rating of the product. Average rating (displayed at the top of the product page) is the standard feature of WooCommerce and my plugin doesn’t modify it.

    What happens if you add a 5-stars rating for a product without ratings manually? Have you tried doing it?

    Unfortunately, theres currently no way to manually add star rating on wp-admin.

    You don’t need to add rating from the admin side. Can you please try to add a 5-stars rating for a product without ratings from the front end (on the product page)?

    I’m trying to understand if this problem happens with all ratings or only the ones submitted via my plugin.

    the ratings were submitted through the add a review in the front end of the product page

    If the rating was submitted from the front-end product page of WooCommerce, then this problem might not be related to my plugin.

    Can you please perform the following test?

    1. Deactivate my plugin
    2. Add a 5-stars rating for a product without ratings from the front end (on the product page)

    Please let me know if the average rating for this product (displayed at the top of the product page) will be 3 stars or 5 stars?

    Before we proceed, can I confirm with you that if we deactivate the plugin, will the ratings won’t be deleted along with it?

    Deactivation of my plugin has no effect on existing ratings.
