• Hi,

I Have a site which is version 2.7 (I think) – I can’t see anywhere where it tells me my current version, but it says that I can upgrade to 2.7.1, so I presume it is 2.7.

It was initially a free – blog from Rob Benwell’s “Blogging to The Bank 3.0”, but I haven’t done anything with it since setting it it up in November 08.

I now wish to use it to create a product review site with the main URL going to a static page for the review, and a blog on another page. I also want to be able to do a number of subsequent reviews to make it an on-going review site.

Is it worth my while upgrading to version 2.7.1, and where would I find the information regarding the most suitable theme/template for this purpose and how to set it up etc?

    Thanks

  • It is always a good idea to upgrade to the latest version.

You can use any theme for a site that has a static front page.
