Review request isn’t working

  • Hello there,

    I wanted to try the review request feature but the review request email isn’t working.

    I have set up a test order and set the delay for sending to 10 seconds after the order is marked as completed but I still don’t receive any email.

    The order was made using a guest account.

    Is there anything I can do to fix that?

    Do you try any maillog plugins? Are all other mail systems be able to send, just except review request email?

    Hallo,

    yes every other transactional email is working fine.

    I received my order confirmation but did not receive the request.

    We are using WP Mail SMTP from WPForms.

    I am facing exactly the same issue as well.

    The emails to be send out to customers for Review Reminder is not working.
    All other emails are working.

    Kindly help.
