review request email not sent

    Hi,

    I made a few purchases on my site and marked the orders as completed, but the review request email was not received. I have the email set to go out 10 seconds after order is set to complete. I also checked my spam folder but no email there either.

    Help plz.

    Did the user account that you use to make purchases review products that you bought?

    Yes I used the same account for the purchase and review.

    Ok, I created a new user account and the review request email was sent, (so I guess admin can’t make a purchase and get review request) however I have received at least three different review requests.

    I created a new thread for this problem.

    It’s not that admin can not get review request. The plugin only sends review request if the buyer does not review all products in that order.
