Review request email not sending

    Hello,

    I have set up an automation that should send out a review request when a customer makes a purchase from https://www.hotbabe-hotsauce.com. When I use the test function the email is received. When I make a purchase, I get the WooCommerce order email but no review request email. I have WP mail SMTP running and all other email functions are working. It is not going to spam. mail-tester.com says that my score is 8.5.

    Hi there @earrame

    Are you using recipes or creating this automation from the scratch? If you are using recipe, there’s a known issue which will be resolved in the next plugin update. This issue occurs when a free plugin user is trying to use a review request recipe, which requires ShopMagic PRO.

    Let me know, how does it look like in your case.
