    I just installed Customer Reviews for WooCommerce plugin (free version). I am trying to add a logo and add some text and links to the review email. It says Form ‘test’ could not be saved to the table ‘wordpress__cr_local_forms’.

    If this can be done please explain clearly what I need to do because I am not that experienced when it comes to templates.

    I just think that the generic email that comes with he plugin is too basic.

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    That means our plugin does not have the right permission to create a new entry in the database. I recommend contacting your hosting support to ask for help with this issue.
