Review replies not showing

    Hello,

    I have replied to customers review but this is not showing up on my website. Please see the attached link to the most recent review of which I replied but it is not showing. Is this possible otherwise what is the point in replying to reviews? TIA ??

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    I see you are using the shortcode [cusrev_all_reviews] on the page https://omuupet.com/reviews/. You need to set the parameter show_replies to true to show the replies. For example:

    [cusrev_all_reviews show_replies="true"]

    Get more details of the shortcode in Reviews > Settings > Shortcodes tab.
