Review Reminders Never Sent

    Hi, I love the plugin, but I am having some issues… when I go to Reviews > Reminders it shows me all the people who are scheduled to receive a review invitation. Last month (December) there were a bunch scheduled to go out, but when I go to WooCommerce > Orders it says “No Reminders Sent Yet” for any of the ones that were scheduled.
    I can send manual reminders, that seems to work, but the ones scheduled are not going.
    Is there a way to fix this?

    EDIT: I’ve already looked through forums for similar questions, but none of them had answers.

    Okay so something weird is going on. I know 100% for a fact that I clicked on Enable Automatic Reminder but everyday it unchecks itself. I know I had orders going out today, so yesterday I checked the setting and clicked Enable Automatic Reminders, hit Save, and even reloaded to make sure it was checked… this morning when I looked none of them went out.

    What is going on? We are loosing reviews we really need for the past month because of this problem!!
