    Can’t be dismissed. I left a review but it’s still there. Super annoying!

    Something it’s wrong there because when you click no thanks or I already did it shouldn’t bother you again.

    Try visiting your panel with this url wp-admin/?spu_notice=rate_plugin

    Or check your database in wp_option table for spu_rate_plugin with value 1 to see if exists.

    Well, I ended up clicking “no thanks” because the “I already did” option didn’t exist.
