• Hi,

    I am using this Photo Review plugin.

    Last time the Review Reminder function works fine. Whenever a customer’s order is completed, there will be an auto reminder email sent to the customer to request for review.
    I checked the settings in the admin dashboard “Photo Reviews > Review Reminder”, and confirm that it is enabled.

    But i’m not sure why it’s not working now. Customer didn’t receive auto reminder email after the order is completed.

    How am i supposed to troubleshoot to find out what went wrong?

    Also, my website is also using “Woocommerce plugin” and “WCFM Multi Vendor plugin”, not sure if this affects anything.

    Please help asap. Appreciate it

    We are sorry for reply lately.

    Do other email systems on your site sent normally except our plugin?
    There are some reasons why not see a review reminder to be sent:

    1. Email server is untrusty.
    2. Customer’s email is wrong.
    3. Customers’ email configuration automatically marks those emails as spam.

    Our solutions are:

    1. Install a trust email server.
    2. Install SMTP or a mail log plugin to check whether the reminder email sent or not.

    1. Email server is untrusty.
    What do you mean by email server is untrusty?
    But the other emails are also sent out from the same email address, for e.g., the customer order emails that is automatically sent out to customers are using the same email address, and there’s no problem with that and it goes to the customer’s inbox.

    2. Customer’s email is wrong.
    This is not possible, because i’m using my own email address to test receiving the Review Reminder auto email.

    3. Customers’ email configuration automatically marks those emails as spam.
    As mentioned above, i’m using my own email address, so this is not possible too, because i’ve checked spam folder too, it’s not there.

    Can you please explain how to install a trust email server?
    My emails are setup using cpanel from my hosting server.
    However, isn’t the emails sent out via Woocommerce and not my email server?

    Can you please assist further.

    Hi,
    Please check with a new customer. If your customers bought a product that they already reviewed, review reminder will not send anymore.
