Review Reminder: Error 1

Hi,

I like your plug-in, I used it in free version but I wanted customers add pictures in the comments. I’ve uninstalled this version, installed the premium version, configured it and now doesn’t work.

The problem: In the order screen, I click the bottom “send review reminder now” and the Review Reminder column: Sending… and finally: Error code 1.

I’m hoping you can help.
