Review reminder email not sent

Hi,
I recently asked if it is possible to send out the same reminder email also to the Vendor, and the answer was yes. Great! my question is; I would need the plug-in to fill in the service provider’s email automatically, is that possible? I tried experimenting with different variables/merge tags but I couldn’t get it to work.
Also, the delay for the reminder seems to count from the time the booking is paid for. I would like to have it count from the booking end date, would that be possible to modify at all?
