Review rating Stars Not Showing In Search

There are two pages from different websites one shows review rating stars on search results and another not. Both has similar settings. The one which shows stars has Version 7.6.4.3 of SEO Ultimate and the one which does not show stars has Version 7.6.5.1. Both shows stars on Google structured data testing tool.
