Review post type keeps disabling comments after updating.

    Hi i really need your help i have problems in product reviews comment. When i tried to update a Review post type the comments will get disabled please help me. I think because the discussion panel is missing please see my screenshot.

    @prokulit06 I’m not sure I understand the problem. Can you please share a video so that I can understand the sequence of events?

    @prokulit06 Please also make sure there is no other component that is acting on the posts and closing the comments section – you may want to try by disabling all plugins and testing with the default WP theme. Also, try with freshly created review to make sure it is not a problem with a post that is old (comments automatically get closed if you have enabled that in the WP settings).
