    Since the roll-over of the New Year, I am no longer receiving an email notification when someone Posts a review on my site.

    Having just logged in, I was shocked to find that I had six new reviews waiting for moderation. All were posted in January 2014.

    Any suggestions on what I need to do?

    I have updated to the latest version thinking that was the problem
    I have updated WordPress.

    Still not receiving an email notification.

    Was that problem fixed for you? I am thinking of using the plugin, but it is really important to receive notifications, so I know what’s going on.

    Hello Kat,

    Problem fixed. Seemed to be an issue with my hosting set up. I still manually Log On once a week to check though. All-in-all it’s a good product for what it does and at no cost.

    Have found nothing like it. I would recommend at least trying it out. Easy to figure out!

    Hello esgtomhodgson,

    I wish I could really explain…. but I went into the server and found that one of my domains had email turned on when it should not have been. That was causing a conflict with my Google Apps email, which was why I was digging around in the first place!

    Ever since correcting this I have been receiving notifications when a user posts a review. An added benefit, having having fixed the other problem I was experiencing that was unrelated.
