    Hi i have a paid subscription and i see reviews not updated after 1 or 2 days, can i have support verify if the sync process is correct and if there is any cache or wait time needed in your API?..

    another important note, i see the website connected and with the latest review count in the trustindex admin panel and i’m running the code with elementor but i don’t see any cache information on the plugin settings that is not pulling the reviews.

    Hello @hortiz,

    I have checked your settings. Your widget refresh rate was set to weekly that means it will refresh each week, due you can not see the new reviews. I have set it to daily and refreshed your widget.

    You can edit the widget’s refresh rate in the widget configurator >>> click More settings >>> Search for Refresh rate and set it to daily >>> save your widget.
