The background is distracting, I keep looking at that tall building on the right of your website. Can you tone it down a bit like this [screenshot]?

The “Follow me” text at the top should be a link in conjunction with the Twitter icon.

Hyperlinks need to be made apparent and consistent. At the moment, some hyperlinks are the same colour as text. How about colouring them the same blue as your eyes [screenshot]? Applying the same to the navigation but bolder [screenshot]?

I don’t want to impose on your design at all.
