Review invitation mail don’t show the form to add image for reviewer

    Hi,

    I have a problem, I need customer to be able to upload the image of their receive product when they make the review thanks to the invitaion mail but it don’t show the form to add media.

    I check everything, there is no option “media” in the settings->review-form->add question

    And yes “attach image/video” is on enabled

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    The option “Attach Images/Videos” is setup under the section “On-site Product Review Form” which means it will be applied to the review form on the single product page.

    Please scroll down and enable option “Attach Media” under the section “Aggregated Review Form” to allow the customer upload images when submitting a review via the aggregated review form.
