Review import stuck at “Import is in progress (0/2 completed)”

I downloaded the template, and only edit it through text editor and make sure that the product id are correct, name, email, rating all exist. And the file only has 2 rows. When I import it, it stuck at “Import is in progress (0/2 completed)”. The cancel button doesn’t work unless I clear the transient. I’ve tried several time but still cannot import my reviews yet. Please help
