Review has multiple aggregate ratings error

You mentioned that you’re seeing an error about multiple aggregate ratings, so we have a few questions to help us troubleshoot it.

1. Can you send us an example product page where this problem is happening?

2. Are you using the Yoast WooCommerce SEO add-on plugin? Yoast SEO doesn’t change the schema data for products generated by WooCommerce unless you use our add-on plugin.

3. If you temporarily deactivate all plugins except for Yoast SEO and WooCommerce, then switch to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-One, do multiple ratings appear?

You can test the product schema using the Google Structured Data Testing tool.

2.i only use these two plugin Yoast SEO & Yoast SEO Multilingual

3. i turned to troubleshhoting mode to disable all plugin and theme, but after that the site was not opening, then i enable wocommerce and wpbakery, the url is working and i make the test again it seems have the error

We checked the Structured Data Testing tool result and do see certain missing schema on the given page. You can fix those issues as described below:

Missing field brand

The warning missing field brand schema property occurs in Google Search Console when the product brand and manufacturer option hasn’t been configured in the WooCommerce SEO plugin settings. To solve this issue, you’ll need to configure the product’s brand and manufacturer in WooCommerce SEO.

missing a global identifier (e.g. isbn, mpn or gtin8)

You can fix the no global identifier provided (e.g., GTIN, MPN, ISBN) warning in Google Search Console by adding the relevant data to the products on your site. That’s easy to do if you use WooCommerce SEO. When you add or edit a product, go to the Yoast SEO tab of the WooCommerce meta box. There, you will see the options to add product identifiers.

is this mean that i should buy the WooCommerce SEO plugin ?

The WooCommerce SEO plugin will resolve those Brand and Missing Global Identifier warnings. Note, that these are warnings so you do not have to resolve them. However, if you would like to resolve them then the WooCommerce SEO plugin best meets your needs. You can learn more about it here: https://yoast.com/wordpress/plugins/yoast-woocommerce-seo/. Though, the WooCommerce SEO plugin will not fix the “Only one aggregate rating should be marked up.” error you are getting. As this is an error it should be fixed. The issue comes from the fact that you have URLs like https://www.arab-academy.com/courses/%D8%AF%D8%A8%D9%84%D9%88%D9%85-%D9%85%D9%83%D8%A7%D9%81%D8%AD%D8%A9-%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D8%AF%D9%88%D9%89-%D9%81%D9%89-%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%B3%D8%AA%D8%B4%D9%81%D9%8A%D8%A7%D8%AA/, which contain duplicate AggregateRating schema. You should only have one.

We recommend contacting WooCommerce for more information on how to resolve since that plugin will output that schema. You may contact WooCommerce here: https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/.

i contact wocommerce, they ask if i am using two SEO plugin or not? because they said that site is sending two rating. (But already i am using only Yoast & Yoast multilangual)

I already disable my current theme and convert to twenty thirty plugin and test site, the error for rating is disappear.

before i contact the theme author they told that schema is an issue not related to theme.

If that’s correct, it looks like you’ve confirmed that the theme is the source of the problem. We recommend contacting the theme author for more guidance.

Yoast SEO doesn’t add the Product schema data, so the problem you’re seeing with the multiple aggregateRatings looks like a conflict between your theme and WooCommerce, not something related to Yoast SEO.
