Review Grid Display Issue

Just the sorting is not working still, for “date” example.

Thanks for your confirmation.

Regarding the new issue, the attribute sort_by accepts 3 values date, rating, media and the attribute sort accepts 3 values ASC, DESC, RAND. They are different attributes so can you please re-check this?

yes i’ve tried every possible combination.
It’s still with random.

Doube checked again now,
“media” with all “DESC, RAND, ASC” still random without showing all media reviews first.
Also when using date, my newest review didn’t get displayed.

Like this sincerely the plugin is not really helpful when customers see my last sell was about 8-2 years ago if it’s random^^

Thanks for your additional information.

As you can see the sort attribute is assigned to “RAND” value (random). Please change it to “ASC” or “DESC” and re-check this issue.

It might be a caching issue on your site. Now I see the sort attribute changed to ASC and the reviews display ascending from old to new, not random like before. Please change it to DESC and clear all caches to display reviews from new to old (date).
