Review functionality not showing

  • I am unable to get my reviews functionality to work. There is no reviews tab, which perhaps will only show when there is at least 1 review. But there are no stars either for people to click on. I can however leave a comment, as I could a normal blog post but can’t leave stars as it’s not an available function.

    I have ensured that all review checkboxes in settings and in product data settings are on. I also made sure that anyone can leave a review and not just verified buyers, just to test.

    I am using a Feast Design theme on a Genesis framework and I believe this may be the issue as the Feast Design plugin doesn’t really support WooCommerce.

    Any idea how I can get around this problem?

    To ensure everything is configured properly, could you please confirm your product review settings using our support doc here?

    As you mentioned, your theme doesn’t fully support WooCommerce, which is likely causing the issue. To pinpoint the problem, try temporarily switching your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four.

    If the reviews are displayed after changing the theme, the issue lies with your current theme. In that case, it’s best to reach out to your theme support for further assistance.

    Be sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. You can ask your host for backup functionality or consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, you will be able to restore it.
