  • Hello,

There isn’t a built-in way to conditionally hide reviews till a customer submits a new review. And I’m not aware of a plugin that does (feel free to look for one yourself) If there is no plugin available, we recommend getting in touch with a web developer or one of our experts here to achieve this.

    Hi,

Sorry. My question was not clear. How to put the review form at the top of the review tab, and then the reviews under?

People have to scroll and see all the reviews before the can post their comment.

    Regards

No one has the solution? I must not be the only one in this case..

    Hello,

Thank you for the clarification! By default, there isn’t a way to rearrange the order of the reviews section. And I’m not aware of a plugin that does. You’d need to get in touch with a web developer to customize the section for you.

Ok, it’s too bad, and not very logic.

It’s ok if you have few reviews but then it’s annoying for customers if you have too much. By default it should be the other way around, in my opinion.

Is there a place where I can submit this idea for future updates ?

    Hello,

Yes, you can add the idea to our Ideas Board – There’s no guarantee on when/if this will be developed into an extension.

We’ve not heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved. If you have other questions, please feel free to open a new topic.
