    Hi,

After a customer has purchased a product and the review has been sent, the review goes into their junk mail rather than the inbox. Anyway to fix this?

    Thanks!

    Thanks for trying our plugin!

Before we can fix it, it is necessary to understand what is wrong with your emails. Please test deliverability of your emails with this service: https://www.mail-tester.com/. It will generate a unique email address for you. You should then send a test review reminder to that address and check the ‘score’ of your email. Please let me know the score and share the link of the results page.

    Hey,

    So I did it https://www.mail-tester.com/test-a7at0t01q

Funnily enough, it’s 10/10 no problems yet it still goes to junk?

    Thanks!

    Thanks for doing the test.

As you can see, the email is fully optimized for deliverability. It has valid SPF, DKIM and DMARC configuration. We can’t really do anything better here.

Which email provider sent it to junk? It might be a good idea to reach out to their support and ask why the email was marked as junk.

The only potential problem with your email is that you are using the default wording that comes with the plugin. It is likely that thousands of other stores use exactly the same wording. It could be a red flag for junk email filters. Please do reach out to the email provider to confirm why the message was marked as junk but also try to be more creative and unique with your email copy.
