Review comment is not working

Hello Sir,
I am using wp product review free plugin for my post reviews.
I have enabled Show review comment box in WP Product review plugin settings. Still it is not showing review section at comment section. I am using zetpack comments.
Please let me know how to enable my users to give reviews below my review.
