Review categories doesn’t get assigned to the review in secondary language WPML

    Hi and thanks for a great plugin that I’ve been using for a long time now!

    I have translated my review categories to a secondary language. I use the review form addon with site reviews. For translation I use WPML.

    The problem I have is that when someone is writing a review in the primary language, everything show fine on the secondary language except for the category assigned to the review. It doesn’t get assigned to the review in the secondary language and vice versa. I need to assign the category manually for the other language for it to show on my translated page.

    Is this a known issue? Is there some kind of workaround / fix?

    The Site Reviews SQL queries do not currently support WPML-translated category IDs (unlike assigned posts). This is why you are having problems with translated categories.

    I am looking into a fix for this in Site Reviews v7.0.
