    Hi

After update I’m asked to review new terms, but nothing happens when I click review – except that a # is added to the URL.

    Please help.

  • Hey @hassenkam,

I’m not sure I understand the issue. Can you please elaborate and perhaps share some screenshots?

    Thanks,

    What’s not to understand?

When I try to use Wordfence in backend it opens the overlay where I have to review and accept new terms. But nothing happens when I click on the review button.

    hey @hassenkam,

    Thanks for the clarification.

Can you check your browser console for any errors when clicking the dismiss icon?

    https://www.wordfence.com/help/advanced/troubleshooting/#how-to-inspect-the-browser-console

If there are any errors, can you please check for a conflict? Try temporarily switching to a default theme if you’re not already using one and disabling all other plugins then reactivating them one by one to see if the issue persists?

To do so I recommend the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin which allows you to disable all plugins and switch to a default theme, but only for your user.

Also, if you have any caching try clearing it.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald

Yes I see some errors in the console – both with or without the troubleshooting mode.

Even when I’m in troubleshooting mode and only has wordfence activated, nothing happens when I click review.

Should I send errors in private message or mail?

    Hey @hassenkam,

Yes, please send a screenshot to [email protected]. Please include your username, a link to this thread and please update this thread in case I miss the email.

Though I’m not sure the errors are going to be related if disabling all other plugins doesn’t help. Did you clear any cache you might have?

You might also try reinstalling Wordfence. You can make an export of your settings.

Please try checking for cache, and if it doesn’t help reinstall Wordfence and let me know if that helps.

    Thanks,

I send you a mail, but will have to try your other solutions at a later time.

    Hey @hassenkam,

I received the email. But there wasn’t an attachment with the screenshots. Please send them over so I can take a look.

    Thanks,

    Hi @wfgerald

You are mixing this up with another thread.

On July 19 I send you screenshots and links to this post in a mail with the subject: review button not working

    Hey @hassenkam,

My apologies if there was any confusion. You mentioned in the email that it’s now working, correct? I’ll speak with Tim to see if he made any adjustments, but it really could’ve just been a caching issue.

Please let us know if anything else comes up.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald

You are still mixing things totally up.

This is not working. The thing that was working was the login problem on the other site.

You can see mail subjects, they are different.

    Hey @hassenkam,

I did find the right email. My apologies for getting confused, we share an email account and the multiple emails and threads have been mixed up on my part.

I do see the error in the screenshots. Have you had a chance to try my previous suggestions?

Well, for some reason the problem fixed it self.
