Review builder in my system without being installed

Hi there,

On 15th Oct, i suddenly saw this review icon on my website header & i know i never installed this function. I went into WP & check the plugins section to try to find out what plugin i could have accidentally installed, but nothing was found. Besides the icon, the layout of my website is also altered. I thought there was a bug or virus, so i retrieved my backup on 14th. However, i couldnt retrieve my backup properly because Foreign Key Constraints were found. Then i tried to retrieve my backup on 13th, 12th & 11th Oct; all unsuccessful. Looks like the Review Builder is already in my database system longer than I thought. I only manage to find out its this Review Builder plugin causing problem when the Vaultpress expert help me to identify the problem.

Can you look into this issue? Its annoyimg that this plugin is affecting my database, more annoying that I never install this plugin & it change the functionality of my website too !
