Review block not seen in Chrome

    I am using the Astra theme and Woocommerce and have customer reviews displaying on a variety of pages but they are only seen in Edge, Firefox, Opera etc but are empty in Chrome.

    Hey there @adendum – can you let us know whether the same thing happens when you switch to a different theme? If switching a theme resolves the issue, I recommend getting in touch with the developers of the Astra theme, as they will need to take a look at what’s going on.

    Ah, good spot. I changed to the Twenty Twenty theme and they all appeared OK. So I then changed to the Astra theme (parent) and they we still appearing OK and finally back to the Astra Child theme and they disappeared.

    Which implies my Child theme is the problem. So I renamed my custom functions.php (which only has two minor tweaks – wp_mail_from and a filter to remove the WooCommere/Jetpack connection nag) and they appeared. I renamed it back again, refreshed and they still appeared. So maybe a cache issue?

    Yes, you are right, it might be a cache issue. I’m glad you were able to resolve this issue by switching your theme and got it working.
